This hotel is a gem. I’m so glad we found it! We spent one one night here for new years and it was definitely a great place to wake up and see the sunrise. We had the two queen beds and sofa bed. There was 5 of us and it was perfect for our group. The breakfast also was pretty good! With a beautiful area outside by the pool. The pool is also heated!

We recently stayed at the ELEMENT in Melbourne, Florida. The accommadations were fantastic, very clean rooms and hospitable staff. Emily at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Speaking of staff, we had lunch yesterday out on the Patio and Irene waited on us. She was absolutely delghtful and took care of us without being intrusive. And the food? COMPLIMENTS to the Chef. Overall, we would give your property, ELEMENT, a FIVE STAR rating. We will highly recommend this location, and we will stay there the next time we are in Melbourne! Element Melbourne Oceanfront is a great hotel and made for a really enjoyable stay. The staff were super friendly from the moment arrived, and the pool area was fantastic with plenty of space to relax. The valet and self parking being the same price was not ideal, but it was easy enough to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back on my next trip.

This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect right on the beach. Our room was super clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The manager Bryon was super friendly and greeted guests in the lobby during the social hour. Gladys took care of us in the restaurant and was great. She was very attentive and friendly. We love this place!

From check in to check out our family had a great experience. The valet is quick and Tim was great. The check in with Arcenio was a pleasure and he made sure we had everything we requested for our kids before we got to the room. He was friendly and professional making us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and we will be coming back next time we are in town to visit with our family who lives here.

BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA. Staff is phenomenal. Beautiful views, private pool, beach access, and easy drive to a lovely downtown (20ish minutes) Front desk staff knows how to do the damn thang. They were able to roll with the punches and make every single moment right. Every one of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Special thank you to the girl with the beautiful brown hair who helped us out with our room when I completely booked the wrong one. Thank you again! Breakfast has an amazing staff, able to accommodate dietary allergies and make some items to order. If you’re a fan of Starbucks egg bites, they made different types of egg bites every morning. Thank you to Patty for allowing my mornings to full of wonderful conversation and food! Also thank you to the parking attendants for opening the door every time you saw me carrying a bunch of stuff.

I stayed at Element in Melbourne, Florida for vacation. It was an excellent experience. Every staff member was exceptional. John, Hutch, Bryon and Grace went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. We were greeted every morning with gracious smiles. Great food, clean gym with everything you need for a workout and a wine and cheese happy hour with two free drinks! Highly recommend!!

Very clean very polite great customer service. Brian at the front desk during check-in, took the time to make sure that I was familiar With the hotel and its offerings. He recommended that I check out the ab and flow restaurant. It was a good recommendation. Very easy as the properties on site has some very neat. Outdoor dining and heat torches for cooler evenings. The food was great and Irene took very good care of me. She made a nice recommendation for dinner and was right on the money. Would definitely consider eating here again and staying at the hotel.
